Filed Lawsuit on Behalf of Fogel Family on Anniversary of Heinous Terror Attack

In February 2018, the Fogel family filed a lawsuit in Israel for NIS 400 million in compensation against the terrorists who murdered five family members in a grisly terror attack in their home in Itamar in 2011. The lawsuit was filed against the PLO, the PA and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (“PFLP”), as well as the individual terrorists who perpetrated and assisted in the attack. The attack was carried out by two Palestinian terrorists.  The terrorist broke into the Fogel home in the middle of the night, killing the parents, Udi and Ruth Fogel, as well as three of their six children, aged 11, 4, and 3 months. Elihay Ben-Yishai, the brother of Ruth Fogel, said on behalf of the family: “From our point of view, the claim is meant to send a message,  anyone with blood on his hands who carried out the massacre of our beloved family will not get away and will pay a heavy price.”
